Side light change a class

How do you change a side light on a class.
I looked today and looked like it had a 3 plastic clips that holds the whole lamp in place. I tried to undo one and broke, is this what i should be trying to unclip??

If its drivers side i would peel back the front wheel arch and go through that way if i remember rightly

You do not have to take the whole lamp out.
There is a little flap in the wheel arch that you remove for access. A tiny hand will come in handy.
