this sign comes up on my screen but i have no idea what it is? It randomly appears and has the same chime as a missing seatbelt warning does.

No other information is displayed on the dash or on COMAND.

Any help will be appreciated

Hello and welcome

What sign are you referring to?

If you could get a better pic it would be better, that one looks like it was taken with a potato…;)

the display says its a hybrid - and it shows a plug symbol... does that mean the small amount of charge it has has depleted ?

D3 I guess is either you manually intervened to hold 3rd, (that short of thing is there on normal cars).... but on a Hybrid it might mean the mixture of combustion engine to electric use is currently set to use a mixed drive mode 3 ?

not many hybrid owners here to guide... its what the user manual is for
