SL 500 R231 2014 trans shift question 722.9

Question for the tech savy out there:

The above vehicle is reasonably new to me 43k miles full MB main dealer history

I noticed on my last drive out that when coasting down from say 40 or 50 mph, off throttle the box changes down smoothly until about 20 ish which I’m guessing engages 2nd that change ( off throttle and off brake) has a more defined engagement ie more pronounced. Strange thing is that never noticed it before, slightly less pronounced when warm, if i do the same thing but under light breaking its not noticeable.
The trans oil and filter was serviced by the dealer at about 30k
It is very slight, just curious if other 722.9 drivers have the same experience

One thing I forgot to add was my outing in the car prior to noticing the fault was taking a friend of mine out for a drive and there was a lot more aggressive driving than normal, lots of kickdown, and switching between comfort and sport mode, is it possible that it needs to re learn or be reset again ?

He says trans fluid was charged at 30000, and is now on 43000,Blobcat, so I'd say a scan would be the way to go.

Looking back it was changed at 25 k miles at MB

I did a scan with my icarsoft scanner and no trans codes
i also did a transmission 'learning reset' which im not sure did anything
but it seems to have gone away and back to normal ?
Beggars belief, fingers crossed it stays that way
