Sl 55 2003 - rear bumper removal

Having had the new beast for a couple of weeks I have managed to reverse into a pillar, the bumber is fine but the passenger side rear bumper fareing if scratched and dented thus need a new bit. How do I remove this part from the rear bumper, it's the bit with the holes in where the park sensor eyes go in. Also like most 2003 SL's the air lumbar bladder is broken in both seats how do i get access to the internal working of the seats with my puncture repair outfit? Ta Brints

I will try and look this one up for you, I have a feeling that it should be pretty straightforward... anyone got a pic they can post of the bumper insert
