SL / R129 Window adjustment to reduce wind noise

hello,
have an issue with my sl year 98. driver window does not go up very well, seems like it stuck inch or so at the top. it goes down good though.
tried to adjust it from outside, by removing lower panel. no luck

can i use instructions which bounce here.

There is nothing that I can do, you internet provider is stopping all Emails with attachments from getting through..

It's a real pain to get right - there are many adjustments and some are quite fiddly. They also interact meaning tweak one and another goes out...
