SL R230 Bumper removal

Hi
I have some corrosion on the rear wheel arches that I want to repair it is close to the junction with the rear bumper so want to remove the rear bumper. Does anyone have any info on how to remove the bumper and advice on wheel arch repair

I did my rear wheel arches on mine about 3 years ago, I left the bumper on and just slid some roofing lead and masking tape between the panel and bumper. Ground the paint back to metal and out some acid on the metal, primed and arosole canned the arch, not the best but it slowed down the rusting, mine need doing again

Same on my w208. Keep it at bay, never stop it, just control.
