SL320 1997 Front Number Plate Holder

Hello all,

Does anyone know if there is a difference between these 2 parts? or are they the same, only different number?
I'm told from my chassis no. I require part no. 129 8850681, however I have found the part that pre-sedes that from a breakers it's 129 8850081. Does anyone know if they are the same??
