SL350 r230 without command?

Hi

Looking for some advice please.

I am looking to buy a 2003 r230 SL350, it has the head unit shown in the attached picture.
As far as I can tell, this unit is quite rare, no satnav.

I have 3 questions.
Does anyone know what this unit is called?
Does this car have command? Or is that only cars with nav?
What would be my upgrade options? I want bluetooth streaming, either through the existing head unit or a new unit with android auto.

Hello and welcome,

I guess it's the R230 version of Audio 10 - replace it with a modern unit - quite a few threads on here with options - the Comand from 2003 isn't great these days...
