SLK 200 Wheel Bearing

Hi there,

I need to replace a front wheel bearing on my 2001 SLK 200 and was wondering if you could give me some advice.

Is the recommendation to fit genuine Mercedes parts?

I have looked at Euro Car Parts who have 2 wheel bearing kits on offer, one for £16.60 by SNR, the other for £10.14 by Orbis. Neither is described as original equipment quality so how do you decide which part if purchasing non-genuine parts?

The SNR is Swedish I think so no problems there

SNR are a big bearing manufacturer, and I would have no worries on that one
