I thought the 320 was the NA engine but the SLK 32 was the Kompressed one.

Not in this case. "K" stands for compact. A smaller SL, hense SLK. Stumpy is correct, SLK 320 is not supercharged, SLK 32 is. You can get a manual 320 but auto only on the charged 32.
