Tips please on pulling/pushing out a dent in the offside door. It's a sraight 6" dent across the middle of the door toward the back (careless parker)! You guys have helped with how to remove the interior panel, thanks, but it dosen't look as though I could get to the outer skin to "roll" or push the dent out. Any ideas welcomed.

If the paint isn't broken, one of the professional dent removal people may well be able to restore it. They ideally need to get behind it, so if you explain to them where it is, they ought to know whether access is possible. Unless you're skilled in panel work, a DIY job is unlikely to produce a cosmetically perfect job - since the panel has deformed plastically, the metal has to be reflowed to achieve an invisible repair, and this is pretty tricky.

If the paint is broken then it's a filler and respray job anyway.

From my experience, the dent experts charge from about £70 a dent - assuming they can get access.
