slk-interior grey vinyl rubbing off

hi-any idea how i can re-do the grey vinyl on the centre console of my r reg slk. it has the 2 tone grey an its the light grey thats rubbing off. its a sort of flexible coating if that helps?

Not an easy one, the car makers use a vinyl that is very thin with no canvas backing, and I have never seen it offered for sale, normal vinyls are too thick and only stretch in one direction. Have you asked MB the price of a new one.

It may be possible to re cover in thin leather
