Hi, Can anyone tall me the location of the engine number on a SLK 200 engine. 2002 model. cheers

2002 SL500, 216 CL500, all fully loaded
It is located on the engine block just above from where the sump screws on the exhaust side on the 111 engine I believe

You can see the nearside of the engine number 5 here but nowhere for it on this side,, I hope that I am right and it is on the other side
