I have a SLK 200 and have just used a branded sanding kit to polish the headlamps which were yellowing badly. They have come up like new, really impressed. Can I use the same kit on the two black panels on the side of the rear screen that are also using showing signs of wear and calcification. I am concerned that by doing so I will grind of the black colour ?

Hi and welcome.
Not sure I would do it but then - they're knackered anyway so what have you to lose?
