With DPF removal and a performance map we have got them to around the 80-85 bhp mark!

There is a strong possibility that we may be picking up two brand new Brabus Fortwo's!!! :lol:

I had my 53 plate petrol Smart remapped when I had it and the difference in the mid range was amazing. With no noticable difference in economy, maybe because I wasn't using the top part of the rev range as much.

From reading forum notes at the time the standard factory map is set for absolute economy which kills the performance.

I think you are right! They are geared so toward the economy, that's why the difference is so noticeable on such a small displacement.
