Well just got my car back from Stafford MB it was in for a (A) service, i asked them to give it a good checking over because the car is now 3 years old and if there was any problems could try and get them fixed under warranty, well could not believe it when he said the car needed no additional work and was 100% spot on,so different to my Audi there was always extra work needed on that,
So well CHUFFED

I've used Stafford MB a few times and always been impressed with them, I went in to get a wiper blade once, paid for it and asked them where the product was - they had fitted it without being prompted to. I know it's not much, but there is a gesture of good service there.

Equally pleased...

I am also a customer of MB stafford, on my second car from them and equally vouch for excellent service. Epitomised by the service managers comment once "well that is now our problem" on telling him about a fault.

The really interesting thing is their attitude is the same from the general manager to the delivery drivers

The only garage where I have been happy leaving my car.

Just go,s to show, some dealers have got it right!! Shame the rest dont follow the same standard!!

They should be as well; they are ****** expensive! I'd have to drink a lot of complimentary coffee to justify work being done there.
