soft top removal 350sl

Hi -
Has anyone got technical details for removing the soft top assembly from a 1980 350sl? also, does anyone know a good source to get a replacement canvas?

Will

it's a big job, and very tricky to get them back in properly, as they need to be correctly aligned. You can get the fabric from lots of places, at a price.
Try SLS hamburg, and KHM Cabrio in Stuttgart.
I'll sniff around and see what I can find on removing the soft top. I'm sure I've seen something somewhere.
