Hi, considering buying a C220 CDI estate and it only has one spare key. Any ideas how easy it would be to obtain a spare?

Very easy if it's pre 2015/16 .

What is the procedure? Do I have to obtain a key blank and have it programmed to the car? Where do I get these? Who programs them? How expensive will this be?

Google for mercedes keys in your area , the last key I had made was £150 ,5 years ago , prices seem to have reduced now. They turn up at your door , retrieve the data from the cars ECU , then clone you a new key.
