Spare Wheel Issue

Hi I recently put 245/35/ R19 on my E270 Cdi replacing my 16" Tyres (225/55 R16)

I dont think the tyre space in the boot for the spare can accomodate a 19" tyre, is there another alternative?

The current spare tyre is a 225/55/ R16 as above...What do you suggest?

Those two wheel sizes both have the same size outer diameter and it should fit OK you can still use that 16" wheel as a spare to get you home

I guess that the only problem may be overall width, but the old W210 has a pretty deep spare wheel well so it should fit okay.
