If the speaker's got spade terminals you'll find one big and one little. Just follow that logic with the connectors
If you get it wrong you'll get very little bass when the fader is set so the rears are as loud as the fronts at your seating position. If that's the case, swop them over. Be consistent side-to-side

Its a thing known as "out of phase" when wired up wrong ,one loudspeaker cancels out the other
