Speedometer in Km - E320 Saloon (W211)

Hi

I've just bought a 2004 E320 (W211) saloon that originally came from New Zealand. It has a Km speedo dial in the dash, although it also has an electronic readout in miles. Does anyone know if the calibrated speedo ring can be changed to miles without changing the entire dashboard unit?

Only by getting one from a breaker and changing the fascia

I have had a 209 apart, not a 211 the cover comes off with just a few screws removed.

If its digital like this then the head should just unscrew and be changed over
