Welcome, have a look on eBay for Mercedes official manufacturer seconds, they don’t come up too often but as long as you have the right part number you’ll be sure it’s going to fit, plus a little cheaper than new from the dealer

Not too difficult as far as I’m aware but as I’ve not got a 204 so couldn’t comment personally. Afraid not at the moment, I’m in my phone but I’ll see if I can find something later.
That said I believe @rorywquin got his spoiler from a seconds shop, hopefully he’ll see this and pop in

An old B-Class.
I used the MB (seconds) shop in Germany. Unfortunately the site seems to only be in German. However I do have a smattering of German and can find my way round.

On the site, use the "Fahrzeugtyp" drop down in the menu bar as a starting point. If you have an actual part number, you can use the search bar above the menu bar to see if it is available (which is what I did for mine).

If you get stuck PM me the details & I can try to help.

If you have a look on the Bay see if you can see a seller with lots of new MB steering wheels, Sorry - I can't remember their name but they were incredibly helpful at finding a matching leather wheel for my S203 at about 20% of the MB price. And if they don't have the grille you want they might turn one up.

If you use Chrome you can click on translate and it makes a pretty decent job of making the site legible

As MB didn't make one for my SL, I will only be able to get a fake! So if there is no OEM option for your car, whatever you purchase is going to be a 'fake'.

Yes i see what you mean, what i was trying to say was that the fakes, are not done in Merc style, and look a bit cheap
