sprinter 310d air in fuel line

hello i have a t plate sprinter i have changed the fuel filter and 2 seals on the feed in to the filter and then to the fuel pump bleedthe air out to the injectors got it to run after 2 hours of this turned it of then tryed to start it no joy fuel line full of air the edc light comes on i think this is becaus the fuel presher is low will a one wayfuel valve help stop the fuel returning and pulling in air any help would be great

It is only bad or incorrectly fitted O rings, they fix the fault as the pipes must be air tight, including the ones on the return to tank.

Once you have got it running, turn off and you will see where the air bubbles form

should i change the o rings for better fiting ones i notice the mb rings are a bit larger and thiner i questiond this but the parts department insisted thay are the corect part ? or have some made

If the pipes are genuine MB then they should fit. If the pipes have any rings indentations where the O rings sit then change the pipes and rings for new ones, this is always the case

all fuel lines changed a bit of a pain to bleed but van is funing ok at the moment thankyou for all the help
