sprinter ASL,abs and ESL dash lights

Hi Guys

Please help if you can.

On my 2006 311cdi sprinter the hazard warning lights did not work so i took off the steering wheel and all other components to get to the indicator stalk which i then took off and cleaned with electrical contact cleaner.
I put everything back and the hazard warning lights now work fine.
But i now have a problem in the fact that the abs,ASL and ESL dash lights stay on all the time when the engine is running.
I have disconnected the battery but that has not made any difference.
Can anyone help me out with this problem?

Have you tried going full left lock to right lock and a re-start??

No mate i will give it a go and see if that soughts it out.

Gave that a try and still have the same lights on,anyone have any ideas?

have you put the steering angle sensor back in the wrong place? upside down or not in the groove. If it was working alright before you took it apart will probably find that its not positioned correctly..... possibly

Hi Jim,
will probably need recalibrating with a star, if everything has been assembled correctly
