sprinter has no revs

i have a 1997 sprinter 312 .the problem is that some time it will idle but has no revs at all .no smoke or anything just wont rev.it has the flyby throttle system ,could this be the problem or am i in the wrong area .any help would much appreciated

hi.its in safe mode for some reason.get it plug in to a MB dealer comp.
will tell ur fault......

could be anything.....
