Hi
I am getting in the next few months a sprinter traveliner , and would like to know should i stickwith the reversing sensors or have a reversing camera (reason is that i am a wheelchair user and will have a lift that comes out the back and need 7 ft min to get on and off the lift ).

I have been told that the reversing sensors will be ok but i am worried that i wont be able to park the sprinter and have enough room to get out , the sales person said i should park on the end of a disabled bay ( so no one will park up my rear) or park on the road where theres a drive way .
But try parking in the city .

I find it easier to judge distances from the parking sensors than the camera as the camera has such a wide angle that depth of field is hard to judge. Having said that if you need to have a large space behind to get your wheelchair in and out then the sensors might not even pick up at the range you need. I find the camera useful to check that my bike is still safely secured to the trailer.
