Sprinter Sprintshfit won't select any gear, Please help

I wonder someone can help me to out to the wright direction, it’s 2005 Mercedes sprinter with sprintshift gearbox, the other day I was driving and it stopped selecting gears, got the hydraulic pump/motor out and was told that the winding is burnt out, bought the brand new one and also the relay from the Mercedes main dealer got it changed but the problem is still there, still it’s in “neutral” and won’t select any gear, also been told that it could be the gear selector gone faulty. Any help would be much appreciated.
