Squeak

After traveling approx 50 miles I get a squeak from the rear of the car, sounds like it maybe offside but nothing definate. It only occurs in warm weather and will come and go. Any ideas please?

Seriously --2 things to check subframe bushes or brakes ?

As with the bushes they warm up in use and with constant movement temp changes can soften bushes and heat can move a very thin or rusted backplate so it begins to just touch a moving part.
You could also have a "dry" shock absorber ? or a cracked or broken spring ?
Try bouncing it up and down on each rear corner ---or when its warm and making the noise get out and get somebody else to drive it slowly as you stand by the rear to pin point where its coming from ?

Thanks TC I am thinking it may be more the brake problem. My description probably wasn't the best, the noise is more of a sqeal than a squeak but does come and go as speed is changed. Do you think it could be wheel bearings drying out as they warm up?

no -not really wheel bearings sqealing -they sing or hum and should do it all the time find a really sooth bit of road to test--( I know thats a tall order here now ) also could be the rear propshaft bearing or diff related ?
