311 CDI Sprinter in `04 plate has a SRS light on.

Got fault code saying $04- "airbag ignition circuit Driver"

Have tried the seatbelt pretensioners (swapped with known good ones).

Have tried the drivers steering wheel airbag (swapped with known good one).

We even swapped the SRS airbag module form under the drivers seat but this still didnt get rid of it (cleared and rechecked the fault in between swapping) but the light just keeps coming back on again.

Vehicle doesnt have a passenger airbag.

Anybody got any suggestions before my boss kills me!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????

Wiring to drivers airbag, did actually think wiring just hoped it wouldnt be.

Do you know where it runs out of steering wheel, does it go under floor to module under seat or elsewhere first?

Is this a section of wiring available from Merc or is it just a tidy wiring job needed.

Sorry new to the airbag system fault thing............

Any info on this wiring mod I`d be very much grateful thanks, Lewis.
