SRS Light W124

Hi!
My airbag SRS warning light came on this morning in my 320 w124 coupe when I started up and wont go out.......anyone got any ideas?

Check the SRS plug & socket under each front seat

Thanks Nick.....had a look under seats.......I can see some wiring but access very restricted.........is it a seat out job?

W124 E250 Diesel 1995 SRS Light ON problem

I have W124 E250 Diesel 1995 model. The SRS light comes on as soon as ignition is turned on to accessory position. At this point only SRS lamp is ON and no other lamps of the instrument cluster ( ABS, Oil lamp, Glow ... ) are ON. Then in the next key position these lamps will turn ON till engine start and then go OFF. However SRS stays continuously ON. Any hints ? Where is the fuse of SRS ECU located ? Any hints would be highly appreciated.
