srs restraint system fault

hello , need your help again, l have a s320 cdi 52 plate , when i put the ignition on srs restraint fault visit work shop comes on
i have noticed the drivers side seat belt height adjustment is all the way down when i pull it up it goes down again , the pass side is fixed in the middle is this the fault and how to repair?

the s,class height adjusment works of a cable, check the cable is still attached to the seat frame!!!
