just put this in wrong forum! sorry!

I know that its common this time of year and to be expected..

But when the majority of other cars in works carpark were free from it mine stood out as being totally steamed up! the back window and the front window, cant see out of them and with heater on full with aircon it takes several minutes to clear

its a 2002 sports coupe.

any suggestions?

Also if the window is clear and i put the aircon on, for 30 secs or so the window becomes completely steamed up! cant see a thing and have to stop. is this normal?

the first thing to do is give your windows a good clean inside.

then you need to check if your aircon is on or off. it should demist the windows and not mist them up. If you have the recirculation device on and the aircon off, it will steam or mist up very quickly.

It soulds to me like you have the recirulator on. this drags the air from inside the car rather than outside and it becomes very humid which creates the misting.

If the car is a 202, there can be a problem with the air flap for fresh/ re circulating . the lug breaks off the end and the return spring stop working.
