Steering column electrical fault

Hello

After a new main fuse replacement by the RAC last month the car had to be recovered with the issue above.

Has anyone had these issues before ?

I have had a few other small electrical issues - window lock / start stop but the above issue means the car iwll not start

Any advice would be appreciated.
