I am having a problem with a vibration in my steering wheel. It vibrates at low speed but evens out as I go faster. I have had my rotors turned and my wheels balanced. Any Suggestions?

I had a sports car with wire wheels. Balancing the the wheels whilst on the car made a huge difference.

BTW Have you checked that you don't have a slightly binding brake/ rusty or warped disc?

What do you mean? I have had the wheels balanced twice.

Its called a road force balance. Basically they balance the wheel running against a big roller which simulates the effect of the weight of the car against the road surface, by pushing heavily up into the tyre tread.

Its better because the tyre will never be perfectly round, this can sometimes become obvious only when the weight of the vehicle is pushing down on it.

MB wheels are Hubcentric - locate via the hub rather than via the wheel bolts. Aftermarket rims may not be hubcentric therefore they do not centre on the hub and cause vibration.
Do you have the original MB wheels to test if you are still getting the vibration? If the new wheels are not hubcentric then spacer mounts are available although they are quite expensive.

Steering Wheel Vibration

So what should I try first? Check to see if if have a slightly binding brake / rusty or warped disc, get a road force balance or buy spacer mounts?

If it was my car I would try some MB wheels first

After thinking about it my MB wheels did not make the steering wheel vibrate. It started when I recently bought the aftermarket rims. Someone told me to have the wheels balanced and that would solve the problem but it didn't. The tires are Nittos 555 Extreme that wouldn't make a difference would it? So I am going to need 4 spacers mounts, right? I hope this solves my problem because I really hate the vibrating steering wheel. Are the spacer mounts going to make the wheels stick out past the fender?
