Stereo restarts can anyone help please!

Hi guys, i would appreciate if can anyone help with this;
Car; C class,2.1, C300h, w205
The car screen/stereo restarts by itself for about 2-3 seconds (not complete restart but ON and OFF, and this is happening more often while I’m driving the car. Sometimes the volume freezes you can not control up or down and also media and radio freezes too. The phone, navigation and vehicle settings are working fine.

Also when i play dvd screen goes black (only voice from dvd but no video) also when i shift to reverse back up camera not working screen goes black the camera on the back do pop out but nothing on the screen, only when i first start the car and sift to reverse immediately the back up camera will start work but it will freeze to it self.

I was going to suggest that it sounds a bit like a lose connection to the screen.... not heard it happen. But then you say other non sound things operate OK, which drives me toward a hardware failure issue of the comand unit

these things on all brands are no longer lasting like they used to

check out your faults against known issues various repair places suggest
