I have had my W208 CLK sitting for a while since it was sorn and now and then I start the engine to keep it from causing any long term issues. I have recently noticed the ignition barrel has become sticky! When I put the key in it locks fine but as I turn it it does not click into the 1 and 2 spot. It seems to be an effort. Once fired up it slowly retreats from the 3 position. It seems like it is seizing up, is this possible and is there a cure?
