Still can not get my cargo net boot cover off w124 .help

    I have 95 w124 estate fitted with a cargo net and boot cover I can slide the unit to the passengers side of the car about 4 inches but still can not remove it any advice ,,,once slid over has it to be slid up or should it just lift off .
    Getting near time for a jimmy bar ....HELP....

    Thanks ,,,What am I doing wrong ,by up you mean it just slides over and lifts straight up off
    I have fought with it for a wk now could I be pushing too far over perhaps.

    If the seat back is lying down...then you lift it straight up.

    It sounds like you haven't slid it far enough to disengage. On mine there is a little resistance caused by the nylon inserts in the attachment. It will be very obvious when you have got it unhooked.

    Hi, have you put the seat backs down so that it can be slid all the way over? From memory you will need the rear passenger door at least partly open as well.

    It should just lift off once you have done this.

    Thanks ,yes opened door dont know why won't lift off ,don't want to brake it.
    I want it off to clean the blind.
