The chips wawy boys are generally pretty good - thats what they do after all. Personally I'd just get myself a touch up stick. After all, it will be the first of many and calling them back every couple of weeks could get expensive.

With a touch up pen, you could just fill up the hole, and that will take 2 to 3 applications then lightly T cut the paint off the undamaged paint around the hole, then apply the last coat and after a few seconds smudge the paint with your finger, that will bring out the correct colour, leave it for a day then Tcut off the good paint again and that will be as good as anyone can get it. should be done at around 15 c or more as paint shrinks as the thinning agents dry out just a lead lamp pointing at the spot will warm it up enough

Just a bit more info,, the weather right now is too cold to do a good job, by all means just fill the hole,go over the edges by just a touch and leave it to dry, circa 30 mins, then lightly T cut and this will leave the paint in the hole and remove that which is on the good paint, paint shrinks when it dries, but as said its too cold for the time being.

You cant use the clear coat that comes with these packs as it will make the colour too dark
