Strange inconsistent rattle - timing chain

Hi, I’ve recently got my first Mercedes and I’ve noticed upon mainly cold starts there’s a rattle from the engine.

It doesn’t rattle immediately, the noise only starts about 10 seconds after starting, and stops around 1 minute of running.

Does anyone know what this could be? Any help is appreciated.
