He is saying that the noise is coming from the crankshaft pulley,
The question is......Is your car fitted with a Dual Mass Flywheel?

No sorry I did mean the bottom crankshaft pulley, on some vehicles they have rubber internals for dampening which deteriorate with age/mileage. When this happens they make a metallic ticking noise like a loose tappet or a rattle. Some members on here familiar with your model can probably answer if it has that type of pulley?

Figured it out. Ac compressor was bad. Figured it out by removing one of the belts. Have a look on YouTube for an ac compressor failing as other cars have the same issue and make the exact same noise.
