Stuck Lock Cylinder

How do I remove a lock cylinder that is stuck in the 0 position? I was told that I would have to drill it out. Is this true and does anyone know how to do it? :roll: This is on a 1984 300TD

However, it is recommended before posting a question, that you at least carry out a couple of searches.

In your case the fault has been covered many times, try searching on:
Ignition Tumbler/Switch.
