Stupidest question number 3506/7 about my Satnav.

Two very brief questions regarding the Mercedes Navigation system fitted to my W211. What are the Red crosses on the white dots symbolising on the map? And what does the string of yellow cars which always seem to appear on the A23 North of Horley?
Of course I know the answers, but my six year old son really wants to know........ OK, so I don't have a six year old son, but I also don't have a users guide to the satnav either!

its showing you where congestion is , well that's the string of yellow cars at least

Might the red crosses be 'road closed' warnings?

Yellow cars is congestion but still moving, red cars is congestion without cars moving and the crosses are road closed

white with a red cross would be indicating a hospital or medical place?

you can go in to symbols and select custom…. where normal people turn off everything expect the Petrol stations and may be parking....

I had the latest garmin on the BMW bike where the idiots moved everything onto one layer... so you had mega pop ups to Trash shops and MacDonald's along side everything else with so much confetti you couldn't see the maps or the directions….. or Nothing.

Re traffic stuff....
succession of yellow cars - que slow moving,
succession of red cars - que / stationary,
no entry sign - closure,
