Subframe Bushes !!iz Ma Car Dead

could you take a moment to look at these pictures of my subframe http://www.benzworld.org/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/49809/what/allfields/name/bigslim and tell me what you think .the part of the main subframe (on the car) that takes the bolt for the subframe looks totally rusted and a think when a try and take the bolt out it will just brake up and crumble ......can the car still be fixed or is this the end of a long long relationship THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME

You may be right - difficult to tell from the pictures.

You're just going to have to bite the bullet and try to remove it. Either way if it's so bad that it'll fall apart when you try to remove the bolts then it's unroadworthy left as it is.

You could always try looking for a suitable donor vehicle for a replacement.
