hi new member first post-2013 e-class CDI facelift model 40.000 miles on the clock subframe support came away rusted away took it to Stockport main agent reported that it needed a new subframe told me they would speak with the warranty it was approved and ordered the subframe same day still waiting for them to get back to me it was 14 days ago did not give me a time frame on the repair gave them a ring yesterday told me as soon part comes in, they will give me a call don't know how long these take to be delivered

update just got a ring from Mercedes on Friday the 2nd of February telling me my subframe has arrived and booked me in for Friday 9 to fit it hope everything goes ok with the repairs and that no charges are applied
