My 380 ce has been a little bouncy in the rear end since I acquired it some months ago. It has automatic ride leveling. I checked the level in the resavoir and the bottom of the dip stick shows a trace of oil (way below the "low" mark on the stick. The colour of the oil in the bottom of the tank is very lightly coloured, almost opaque, so before I added something like Dexron 11 I thought I had better check with the forum. Is there something special about the oil MB use? They want $A40 / litre over here for the stuff and one of their technicians told me a light hydrolic oil will be ok.....By the way Christmas Day looks like being about 34 C!!! Anybody jealous?
