Suspension specialist east london

Can anyone recommend a good suspension specialist around East london. My brothers '12 S class makes a noise when you brake or going over a speed hump (not brake noise) also sometimes when setting off there's a noise kind of high pitch but not a screech. Brake pads and disc changed etc.

Had a lot of suspension parts changed by local garage but it's still there.

Any specialists?
