Hi,
as the title says im wondering how i go about doing it ?

does anyone have any diagrams or instructions?

is it just common sense and i pop both key fobs in half and swap over the insides and its done?

theres a few on ebay that are cheap obviously not the authentic merc ones but replicas are they exactly the same in size etc?

thanks for any advice

as far as i know the ebay ones are genuine, but off cars that are scrapped or sold on etc. yes, just swap the internals into the better casings and all should be fine as far as im aware. a few have done this.

They are easy you just prize the case apart at the seam round the edge

You take out the battery carrier and looking in the end, you will see a nylon strip, with a thin blade under the clip you slide it along to release the locking lug and it all slides out
