Tech questions on 280SLC to get it registered help!

Hi this may not be the best forum? But
I have brought a 1978 280SLC back from Switzerland and am trying to get it a number plate in the uk.
The DVLA form V55, asks all sorts of technical questions (not sure if I need to answer them but probably yes)
like:
Engine no
CO2 emmission
Mass in Service
Particultates g/Km
CO G/Km
HC + NOX
Trailer Weight
Stationary sound level
Engine Speed sound
Drive by sound
Does anyone know an online source where I can find the answer to these questions please?

I think that your car has to go to one of these testing stations.
