Can anybody tell me what a technical exchange document is?

I have not heard of that one, what is it in relation to.

I have dvm's and use them every day :confused::confused:

I believe they are just another name for Service Bulletins. I.E. the technical documents sent to dealers by Mercedes.

It came from reading a previous post which talked of 'technical exchange notes' and WIS documents, specifically AFOI.30-P-2400A
