Telephone volume

Hi, I am a new member. Just purchased C220 AMG SPORT 2013, very pleased with it so far. I seem to have a problem with the hands free phone volume, I can barely hear anything, apparently the person I am talking to can hear me well enough. Is there anything I can do to increase the in car volume.

Thanks, I have tried that, has no effect. Very strange, worked perfectly well in my previous car.

It will only increase the volume while a call is in progress.

Have you tried increasing the volume on the phone as well?

Thanks Mike, I found a setting that increased it a bit, now seems better, can increase further on the volume dial.
